معرفی دوره

این دوره برای افرادی طراحی شده است که قصد دارند در زمینه IP-Telephony فعالیت کنند. در این دوره افراد با تجهیزات وتکنولوژی های VOIPE آشنا میشوند.

مدرک Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies v1.0 (350-801)  تاییدی بر توانایی های فرد در اداره و مهندسی شبکه های استفاده کننده از تکنولوژی های مختلف Voice می باشد. این افراد می توانند نقش های مختلفی را در یک شبکه به عهده گیرند و مهارت کار با سیستم ها و تکنولوژی های مختلفی از جمله IP PBX، IP Telephony، handset، call control و همچنین ارائه ی راهکارهای مبتنی بر Voice را دارا می باشند.  با استفاده از این سیستم هزینه تلفن شما کاهش می یابد و شما کنترل بهتری روی شبکه تلفن خود دارید.

این مدرک به ارزیابی مهارت و دانش شما در ارتباط با  CUCM  می پردازد. از CUCM  در ارگان های بزرگ استفاده میشود.این دوره جهت فراگیری مهارت اصلی در پیاده سازی (CME(Call Manager Express و (CUE (Cisco Unity Express خواهد بود.

اهداف

در پایان این دوره آموزشی دانشجویان قادر به کسب مهارت ها و تخصص های Voice Manager ،Voice Engineer و Voice Technologies Administrator خواهند بود.
